Four exercises. All applied to your business.
You describe your business. Honestly.
Distilling down what you want your business to be to six words is extremely difficult. But it is extremely powerful for keeping you accountable for moving the vision forward and separating yourself from the competition.
Define and build towards your desired hourly rate.
Most owners end up working on tasks that the business needs to get done to move it forward, and think they can make up for what they want to pay themselves through more hard work. The truth is the wrong type of hard work does not compound into wealth. We look at what your rate should be and connect that to what you need to do to move your business towards the right hourly rate, adding another layer of accountability to doing the right work.
Identify what’s holding you back now and get over it.
This is not about a slowing market, a bad team member, inflated costs, or anything that comes to most owners on a day-to-day basis. These are the things you have 100% control of but have been too busy, frustrated, or burned out to address. We find a way to get past all that and use your business’s most valuable asset to move it forward. That’s you, by the way.
You leave with something actionable.
You refine the business you want to build, carve out your role, identify what you know is right to pay yourself, and leave with an actionable strategy and process to hold yourself accountable and move your business forward.

Apply To Co-Facilitate
Are you a local subject-matter expert who serves founder-led businesses? We are actively looking for complementary co-facilitators for select future sessions.
We do not do disjointed “pass-the-mic” presentations or sales pitches. If selected, you will work directly with me to weave your niche expertise into a singular, fully integrated strategy workbook for our audience. You get a premium theater stage and a room full of local business owners; our audience gets real operational answers.
To apply for an upcoming slot, send me a message with your area of expertise and the primary operational bottleneck you solve for owners.
If you are ready to work on your business rather than just in it, welcome to the room.
