THE BUSINESS YOU MEANT TO BUILD BOOK

How To Get Your Business Off The Ground Even If It’s Already Mid-Flight

The biggest risks in a growing business aren’t tactical. They’re design problems.

Unexamined assumptions. Partners pulling in different directions. Initiatives launched before the business is set up to carry them.

The Business You Meant to Build helps owners and leaders see the whole picture before putting more effort in the wrong direction.

Why I Wrote This Book

For more than twenty years I’ve worked inside and alongside businesses where strategy, structure and execution collide, including two of my own.

The pattern repeats. Most execution problems start earlier, as assumptions nobody tested and decisions made under pressure. Businesses scale before they’re set up to carry it.

This book lays out those patterns and the questions that catch them before they compound. It’s the same thinking behind my service design work, written so an owner can work through it on their own.

Inside the Book, You’ll Learn How To:

  • Define a vision that actually guides decisions, not just decorates your website
  • Validate assumptions before committing time, capital, or team energy
  • Understand the numbers that determine whether your model is sustainable
  • Build accountability structures that survive pressure
  • Catch the design problems that cause strong businesses to stall
  • Lead with intention rather than reactive urgency

Who This Book Is For
