Eight of the twelve modules are live group sessions. The group is small by design — eight people maximum — so there’s enough shared context to learn from each other’s situations without losing focus on yours.
Four modules are private 1:1 sessions with Frank: Onboarding at the start, Action Plan after your strategic foundation is set, Marketing Plan review once you’ve built your approach, and Growth Plan at the close. These are the sessions where the work gets pressure-tested against your specific business, not a hypothetical one.
