Leadership behavior under pressure
How trust breaks, decisions stall, and habits show up when it matters.
Ongoing sessions • Tools • Leadership experiments in public
Experience Forge is a live, evolving body of work focused on how leaders actually behave under pressure. Not in theory. Not in hindsight. In the moments where trust fractures, decisions carry weight, and instinct often overrides intention.
This work exists to make those moments visible, workable, and repeatable.
Why Experience Forge exists
Experience Forge was created to address a leadership problem that doesn’t show up when things are calm:
- When decisions feel heavier than they should
- When trust erodes without a clear rupture
- When conflict is avoided, delayed, or mishandled
- When leaders revert to instinct instead of intention
- When accountability turns into control
Most leadership frameworks focus on what should happen.
Experience Forge focuses on what actually does happen under pressure.
This work IS:
- Behavior-focused
- Practice-oriented
- Designed for real-world pressure
- Built around repeatable habits
- Shaped in public through live sessions
This work is NOT:
- A motivational talk
- A certification program
- A performance review
- A one-size-fits-all framework
- Therapy, coaching, or consulting in disguise
How Experience Forge works
Experience Forge is not a single workshop or fixed product. It shows up in a few connected ways, each designed to lower the barrier to entry while increasing depth over time.
- Live, open Experience Forge sessions (online)
- Small facilitated cohorts
- Leadership team workshops
- Individual reflection tools and practices
Not all paths are for everyone. The work is designed to be entered gradually.

Leadership Profile
The Leadership Profile is a short reflective input designed to surface how you experience pressure, decision-making, and trust in your role. It informs the live sessions and helps identify patterns that don’t usually get named.
Experience Forge Cards
The Forge Cards are practical prompts designed to be used in the moment. When something feels off. When a conversation tightens. When a decision stalls. They slow the moment down just enough to choose a better response.

For teams and organizations
Some organizations engage with Experience Forge after leaders have experienced the work individually. Team sessions are customized, facilitated, and grounded in real behavioral dynamics rather than abstract models.
If that’s of interest, the Leadership Profile is the best starting point.
Why this matters
Experience Forge exists to help leaders make better dents. Not louder ones. Not faster ones. Real progress comes from understanding how we behave when pressure is high and learning how to respond with more clarity, trust, and intention.
This work is ongoing.
